So my dream 3 car garage changes like every week. Here’s mine right now. You guys put in yours and let’s get a debate going.

1. 2006 V70 R

2. Eighth Gen Suburban

3. 2nd Gen Mazdaspeed Miata

I currently drive a 94 Miata daily but I really like these for some reason. So as of 10:23 pm this is my 3 car garage. Tomorrow might be way different. Is anyone else with me?

I’d personally substitute an Excursion - with 2015 Super Duty engine, frame, suspension, and updated interior pieces - for the Suburban, and a V60 with the top-spec engine for the V70R. Nothing against the R, the new cars are just much more dreamy, despite lacking the Spaceball.

I love the V60 Polestar, It’s just something about that R in black. I think it’s the best looking wagon of all time. And with the spaceball?!?! I just love it

Weirdly the top 3 of my ‘dream garage’ list has stayed the same for the past few years:

Exige as a weekend/track day bro! car

Merlin Purple RS6 for utility and boat-pulling (in Yurrup they’re rated to tow over 4500lb)

And my little Focus for DD/everyday use.

I literally go through this exercise every day, except I tend to restrict it to one manufacturer, and I usually do it this way:

One sports car

One sedan/family wagon

One SUV/truck

I like to apportion points for how well different manufacturers fill each category (performance/style/utility/etc.). Three guesses as to how I have my top five manufacturers ranked.

I would amend your list in one way though; substitute the ‘Burb with a 2-door Yukon.

So, like three we’d drive routinely?

1) 2018 Mazda Speed3, if it ever happens, (I would sub an WRX hatch if not.)

2) fullsize, crew cab p/u - I’m leaning GMC currently, but maybe Ford EB 3.5. Or maybe a new crew cab Tacoma...

3) big sedan to eat hwy miles fast - maybe a new Avalon in that Magnetic Metalic color.

Hmm... that turned out kinda boring..

Money no object I would definitely have a new Huracan in black or that metalic lime green.
